I liked the Far Cry 4 ending. I spared Sabal, then spared Pagan Min, brought Ajay's mother Ashes to Lakshmana, killed Amita. In the end Kyrat was left as a state not bound with historical traditions(the direction sabal would've went) and neither was Amita alive to pull the Kyrat in hardcore drg state direction.
Same goes for Pratt in Far Cry 5, and I've seen people in here in the past not like Pratt because "he's whiny and a little bitch". Honestly Pratt is pretty much close to how most of us would act. Pratt was just a cop, dealing with speeders or handing out tickets.
In Far Cry 3/4 you at least had an impact on what happened. Even if in 4 you didn't leave the country in the best shape you at least made a change. I really liked playing 5 because it felt like being a place I know so you fight a little harder because you're able to relate and can picture this being an area near you (if you're North American).
Agree on a lot of points, especially the ones about the captures, the ending and the removal of hunting. I actually quite enjoyed the game overall, but out of FC3, 4 and 5, it's my least favorite. New Dawn has the opportunity to change most if not all of what I didn't like about FC5, and I sure hope it does. r/farcry.
Far Cry 5 had a chance to say something, it even feels like it was created to say something, but was morphed into a bland nothing of a game by spreadsheets and too many cooks. I think the sheer size and scope of their development is a weakness of Ubisofts in general. It flattens and waters down their games.
. Far Cry 5, like most of the Far Cry games before it, exists primarily as a chaos engine built to power your first-person Rambo fantasy of taking on armies armed with a lot of guns and a little
As in there is still hope. There always a chance for a comeback in the walk away ending. The resist ending is nothing but simple nihilism. I would call that a feel good ending. Far Cry games haven't had feel good endings since the first. But hey, whichever ending you like is the good ending for you. The game has both endings included for a reason.
This ending was not fun, happy, sad, or anything else. I don't have a problem with an emotionally bad ending, I have a problem with a low quality ending. Don't fool yourself, this ending was not good. It was ham-fisted, like something from a recent M. Night Shyamalanadingdong movie. #6.
In this Far Cry 5 Finale Walkthrough Guide, we will guide you to every possible ending of Far Cry 5. There are multiple endings to the game, let’s look at the first known two, followed by a secret ending later in the guide. For the final mission, head to Joseph’s cult compound at the center of Hope county. Eliminate all of the cult leaders
The short backstory scene wasn't really enough to make Lou's death impactful or justify potentially sparing Mickey. In the rest of the game, they're cartoon-evil: giving kids grenades, eating puppies. Maybe some backstory scenes involving their father and his influence on them would have helped. 4. Reply.
